Diploma-level learning is ideal for specialists, leaders and all those at the heart of asset management practice.
We recognise that Diploma-level asset management qualifications require learners to have both knowledge of asset management and an understanding of how this is applied in practice. So, our programme is a blend of self-study advanced knowledge, a series of mini assignments, and interactive virtual or classroom-based discussion workshops facilitated by an AM professional.
Having first studied our Certificate in Asset Management course will ensure you have the right core asset management knowledge that is required before enrolling on the awe! Diploma. Alternatively, holding over 5 years of broad, good-practice asset management experience will be good preparation.
The programme is ideal preparation for those wanting to take the IAM’s Diploma in Asset Management exam, or achieve the IAM’s and WPiAM’s higher levels of professional registration and is CPD Certified.
The Learning Outcome from the awe! Diploma is the ability to apply and embed good asset management practices into your organisation, developing or enhancing the Strategic Asset Management Plan, and building, embedding or improving a robust ISO 55001-aligned management
system for asset management.
The programme follows a flow of weekly learning activities, each taking 2-4 hours and typically running over 10 weeks (though this can be extended if required).
