We often talk about our IAM endorsement. It’s something we’re hugely proud of, as it shows you that our learning is reputable, high quality and trustworthy, so you can be confident choosing us as your asset management training provider.
Yet who is the IAM? How do we work alongside them, and why is our relationship with them so important to you?
Who is the IAM?
The IAM is the Institute of Asset Management. They are ‘the international professional body for whole life management of physical assets’. Established in 1994, their goal is to provide individuals and organisations of all shapes and sizes with the tools they need to progress with, and succeed on, their asset management journey. The IAM strives to increase knowledge, develop best practice and increase awareness of the benefits of asset management.
They’re non-profit and proudly created for, and owned by, their members – like us – so it’s a truly supportive community based on strong partnerships.
Why does IAM endorsement matter to you?
With IAM backing, you can be assured that you’re in safe hands with Asset Wisdom. Our learning has been tested, proven and accredited to ensure it meets the IAM’s high standards. We’ve also been awarded IAM Endorsed Trainer certification.
As part of a global professional network, we’re able to gain the most up to date knowledge from the asset management industry to ensure our courses are as relevant as possible.
Our online exams work towards IAM-endorsed certification. With Asset Wisdom, you can take the IAM’s online exams at any one of 3,500 approved centres across 18 countries.
What other opportunities does IAM membership provide?
The IAM holds an annual conference designed for members of the asset management community worldwide. It’s a chance to catch-up with industry contacts, network and visit exhibitors. There’s also a range of talks, including a keynote speaker, making sure we’re at the forefront of industry issues.
We gain insight, knowledge and support to develop our own business which, in turn, grows yours.
